I'd never heard of this place until today: Polyvore
You can make collages basically.
Despite the negative commentary over on FriendFeed, I went and paid to see this movie. Like I said in the comments, I wanted to experience the disappointment first hand.
However, I don't even know if this movie mustered up enough of a response to warrant disappointment. Mark Wahlberg's performance was lacking. He was especially unbelievable in the early part of the movie where we see he is a teacher. It didn't fit him well at all and it seemed like he was attempting to play cool grown up teacher man.
This movie was also a waste of time for John Leguizamo. Not that his acting was terrible, but, just seemed weird to have him there.
Things did not improve as the movie (not going to story or plot because that doesn't really fit) progressed. It has plenty of shocks and startling moments, but, do those make a movie? Not really. If you feel like watching people kill themselves in mostly bloody fashion, then you have found your movie.
All in all, the best part of the movie was actually in the previews where I got to see a trailer for the next X-Files movie. It looks a bit like a stinker as well but at least I get to see Mulder and Scully again.
in a cell phone...
I am generally happy with LG's enV. I like the QWERTY keyboard, the 2MP camera, and voice quality has been great.
Things I don't like about my phone:
The number dialpad - the keys are too tiny.
The outside display - once you get used to the inside display, the outside one is a joke.
The factory ringtones are crap.
The completely inadequate web browser.
And that completely dippy, half-assed browser is what is bugging me more with each passing day. Granted, I don't use it everyday. However, my use would probably go up if it were decent. I just want the internet in my pocket, is that too much to ask?
I do frequently send picture messages to friends, so that seems to eliminate the iPhone. If I understood correctly, the iPhone doesn't do multimedia messages. I would really miss that feature.
I was contemplating the Centro until I read the specs and noticed that sad, little 1.3MP camera.
So, all I really want is a great phone. A great phone has at least a 2MP camera, an easy on the eyes and brain HTML browser, a QWERTY keyboard, and a crispy display.
